Reminder. The sports physicals in Prairie City will be Friday August 2nd at 8:00am. Update to location...it will be in the NEW GYM. Two cans of food to donate to food bank is the cost and you need to have a parent/guardian present to sign the OSAA physical form. If you had a physical last year you do not need another one this year. Usually we try to have all kids in grade 5, 7, 9, and 11 have a physical that is good for 2 years. Any potential athlete in Grant County may attend and there will be another one August 16th at Grant Union if you miss this one. Thank you. Billy link to form. We will have copies of the form there as well. https://www.osaa.org/docs/forms/Physical%20Examination%20Form%20(EN%20r2023).pdf
